This course discusses the diagnosis of osteoarthritis including criteria for classification, history, physical examination, radiology, and laboratory tests. Goals of management and treatment modalities including pharmacology, surgery, alternative treatment methods, and investigational strategies are examined. The course also presents assessment techniques including the composite compression test.
