This Intermediate Level course discusses the Occupational Therapy Practice Act, as well as other laws and rules that govern the safe practice of OT in Florida. Licensure requirements, potential penalities and OT responsibilities are also discussed in detail. This course is a mandatory requirements for all OTs and OT Aides in the State of Florida.
