(#1057/Video, #1132/Audio) This course will explore the supervisory/teaching relationship through the lens of generational differences and experiences. Background on each of the four generational cohorts currently in the workplace will be shared as well as research findings about the youngest generation, the Millennials. Possible solutions to communication misunderstandings thought to be based in part on generation gap differences will be suggested.
