(#1070/Video, #1117/Audio, #1069/Text) Quality organizations are safe organizations. Patient Safety is at the core of quality initiatives in healthcare. This course will describe best practices for enhancing prevention of medical errors and also provide a road map for "doing no harm" to our patients. The Culture of Safety and Healthcare Literacy are two tools that are described to prevent harm and enhance quality.
