(#1304/Video, #1315/Audio) Previous research has demonstrated that the cognitive strategy use protocol known as Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance, or CO-OP, is associated with functional skill acquisition, retention, and generalization and transfer of skills beyond the rehabilitation setting in adults more than one year post-stroke.
