(#1379/Video) With the anticipated changes in healthcare in 2013 and 2014, this seminar is for clinicians treating patients who are expected to make the transition to home after hospitalization or possibly rehabilitation facilities. It will describe the concepts of Aging in Place, Universal Design, legislation and regulatory guidelines involved in the home modifications process.
