(#1564/Video) This second course in a three part series will address the position of the trunk and head within a wheelchair seating system. The position of the spine is dependent upon the position of the pelvis and provides the proximal stability required for optimal head control as well as dissociation of the extremities. Specific strategies to address spinal asymmetries as well as decreased trunk and head control will be presented.
