Dysphagia 101: Disorders, Medications and Impact on the Swallow

This video course will highlight the importance of understanding disorders and their impact on the swallow. A brief description of the disorders are reviewed as well as the implications. By doing a chart review, red flags should be recognized by the speech pathologist which indicates dysphagia is potentially part of the package and which phase of swallow would be affected.
