This video based course focuses on special considerations, clinical indicators, and common diagnosis of seating intervention in the elderly population. Clinicians will be instructed on general principles of seating and common diagnoses and comorbid conditions in the geriatric population. Michelle also identifies various postural abnormalities along with causes and effects due to seated positioning and explain when a restraint may be used as per OBRA Regulations.
