This video course provides a road map to assist the professional who is interested in becoming a private practitioner. It examines the decisions necessary to build a strong foundation for a successful business. Many new businesses fail because the owner failed to develop a strong business plan. Resources are identified that will assist in writing a business plan, determining an appropriate business structure and developing a list of important questions to ask your business consultants. Referral sources, marketing and determining a fee structure are addressed.
