“Resistive Exercise for Stroke Rehabilitation”, a Seminar-On-Demand, is presented by Stacey Davis, OTR/L, CKTP. Resistive Exercise for Stroke Rehab is designed to improve the clinical rehabilitation skills using a scientific and systematic approach. The emphasis of this course is to provide scientific information to improve problem-solving skills in order to support evidence-based practice and improve your clinical decision- making skills. This course provides treatment techniques and exercise protocols using resistive bands for therapists involved in neurological rehabilitation. Specific exercises are then introduced including exercises for the UE, LE, and core stabilization techniques to increase overall function as well as balance.
