NOTE: new user set up and completion of renewal application including payment must be done in one session-partially completed applications cannot be saved within the online system.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it to receive a Reclassification of Certification application.  Please state Reclass App in the subject and include in the email your name, current address, last 4 digits of your Social Security number, date of birth, and your NBCOT Certification number.
