Visa Credential Verification Certificates (VCVC)

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) has granted NBCOT approval to issue healthcare worker certifications (Visa Credential Verification Certificates) to aliens coming to the United States to work in the field of occupational therapy.

Only occupational therapists who have successfully passed the certification examination for OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST REGISTERED OTR^®, are eligible to apply through the VCVC process.
