The Disciplinary Action Information Exchange Network (DAIEN)

The DAIEN contains final disciplinary actions and non-disciplinary actions taken by NBCOT, as well as disciplinary actions taken by state regulatory entities. Actions are posted to the DAIEN on a quarterly basis and removed after one year. NBCOT would like to encourage all state regulatory entities to submit their disciplinary actions to the DAIEN.
