Disciplinary Action Information Exchange Network (DAIEN)

The Disciplinary Action Information Exchange Network (DAIEN) contains final disciplinary actions and non-disciplinary actions taken by NBCOT, as well as disciplinary actions taken by state regulatory entities. Actions are posted to the DAIEN on a quarterly basis and removed after one year.

NBCOT would like to encourage all state regulatory entities to submit their disciplinary actions to the DAIEN. For additional information on submissions, please contact us at professional.conduct@nbcot.org.
