| Certification Examination Validation Committee (CEVC) The Certification Examination Validation Committee (CEVC) is responsible for developing the entry-level OTR and COTA certification examinations. Working closely with NBCOT, CEVC members approve the test items that appear on the OTR and COTA national certification examinations. CEVC members also assist in the development and validation of test items.

Bylaws Committee This committee has the responsibility of reviewing and maintaining the Bylaws and standard operating procedures of the Board and its committees. There are three Board members on this committee. Ex Officio: Paul Grace, MS, CAE
Certification Standards Committee (CSC)
This committee, consisting of at least five Board members, is responsible for conducting a review process of current or proposed standards to determine the applicability of the standard. Ex Officio: Paul Grace, MS, CAE
Executive Committee
The six Board members on this committee are empowered to act with the authority of the Board of Directors between meetings of the Board or in the absence of a quorum of the Board at any meeting of the Board.

Finance Committee This committee, consisting of at least three Board members, has the responsibility for overseeing the financial management of NBCOT and recommending fiscal policies to the Board. Ex Officio: Paul Grace, MS, CAE

Nominating Committee This committee, consisting of at least three Board members, has the responsibility for soliciting and nominating candidates and preparing an election slate for the Officer and Director positions on the Board in preparation for the election by the Board of Directors. Qualifications and Compliance Review Committee (QCRC)
The Qualifications and Compliance Review Committee is a six-member Board committee that adjudicates disciplinary action matters concerning certificants or applicants for certification.
