Pearson VUE, our test administration vendor, has scheduled system maintenance from Friday, October 11, 2024, at 1 p.m. CT to Sunday, October 13, 2024, at 9 a.m. CT.

What will be affected:

• Pearson VUE online account registration and access
• Exam scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling
• Support resources on the Pearson VUE website

What you can do:

• Plan ahead: If you need to schedule, reschedule, or cancel your exam, or access your account for any reason, try to do it before October 11 at 1 p.m. CT.
• Limited support: The Pearson VUE contact center will be open, but agents may have limited ability to help due to the system upgrade.
• Emergencies: If you have an urgent need to reschedule your exam during this time, you can contact us.
